Hello!!!

My name is Nivedita.

Designer, illustrator, artist, reader, knitter, baker, gardener, and an undercover crow.

Since moving to the Netherlands, I’ve been learning the language (Ik kan een beetje Nederlands spreken!) and finding my footing in a new place.

Over the last six years, I’ve worked in fast-paced, often high-pressure agency environments, managing multiple clients at once. My experience spans generational brands like TATA and Lenovo, purpose-led organisations such as Designing Your Life and Live Love Laugh, as well as growing startups like Marlabs.

My Design Thoughts…..

Working across such different contexts has shaped how I think about design.

I believe design gives a brand its soul, while the product is its heart. When the two work together, brands feel alive — not just functional.

Learning and evolving in every part of my life.

I’m a lifelong learner by nature. Outside of work, I’m usually knitting, baking, crocheting, or sewing. I find calm in gardening, and I stress-bake at least once a week. I love art and art history, and I’m rarely without a sketchbook.

You can always catch me in a middle of an overly complicated project out of my skill range. The process of research and finding a solution for a technical problem is my favourite part of the day!
